1. Nature of Services
BHUWADA GLOBAL EXIM (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED provides sourcing, product research, supplier identification and trade facilitation services. Depending on the project, we may act as a sourcing services provider, as a trading seller, or as a facilitator connecting buyer and supplier. The commercial responsibilities of each party are defined and agreed in writing for each engagement.
2. Free Initial Consultation
The initial discussion of your requirement is free of charge and does not obligate either party. Free consultation covers understanding your requirement, discussing feasibility and outlining a possible approach.
3. Chargeable Work & Approval
Detailed research, supplier identification projects, travel, factory visits, sample procurement, laboratory testing and similar activities may carry costs. No chargeable work or expense is initiated without your prior agreement on the applicable scope and cost.
4. Quotations & Availability
Product categories shown on this website are illustrative. Availability, specifications, pricing, certifications and export eligibility are confirmed per product and destination market. Quotations are valid only for the period stated in writing.
5. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
Payment terms for chargeable services and for product transactions are agreed in writing per engagement. Cancellation and refund terms are stated in each engagement's written scope and are subject to applicable law; nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
6. No Fabricated Claims
This website does not claim certifications, registrations, client relationships or transaction history that have not been verified. Regulatory identifiers and licences will be published only once verified.
7. Limitation of Liability
We exercise professional care in all sourcing and research work. However, supplier performance, product conformity, shipping and regulatory outcomes involve third parties, and liability is allocated as agreed in each engagement's written terms, subject to applicable law.
8. Governing Framework
Engagements are subject to the written terms agreed between the parties and to applicable law. This document is a working draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.
